Policy Details
At PkGems, we value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
- You may return any unused and unopened product within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at info@pkgems.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used products
- Items without original packaging
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need to exchange an item, contact us at info@pkgems.com within 3 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
