Are your gemstones natural and authentic?
Yes, 100%. We source our gemstones directly from mines in Gilgit-Baltistan, Swat, and other mineral-rich regions of Pakistan. Every stone is guaranteed natural. We can also provide a lab certificate from a reputable gemological lab upon request (charges apply).
Do you offer lab certificates?
Yes, we offer third-party lab certification for all our gemstones. We use trusted labs in Islamabad and Lahore. Adding a certificate usually costs between PKR 1,500 – 3,000 depending on the stone and takes an extra 2-3 days for dispatch.
Can I see a video of the stone before buying?
Absolutely! Photos can sometimes be tricky. If you want to see the sparkle and clarity in real-time, simply WhatsApp us the product code, and our team will send you a high-quality video in natural daylight.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery to almost all cities in Pakistan via TCS and Leopards Courier. For high-value orders (above PKR 50,000), we may request a small token advance to confirm the order.
How long does delivery take?
For major cities like Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi, delivery typically takes 2-3 working days. For remote areas or smaller towns, it may take 4-5 working days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the stone, you can return it to us in its original condition. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund your amount (deducting shipping charges).
How do I start a return?
Simply message us on WhatsApp or email support@pkgems.com with your Order ID. Our team will guide you on how to pack and ship the item back to our Islamabad office.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Direct Bank Transfer (Meezan/HBL), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Credit/Debit cards (Visa/Mastercard) via our secure online payment gateway.
