Nationwide Delivery

Delivering authentic gemstones to every corner of Pakistan. From Karachi’s coast to the peaks of Gilgit.

We use trusted courier services like TCS, Leopards, and M&P to ensure your gemstones reach you safely. All parcels are fully insured and packed with care.

Delivery Timelines

We dispatch all orders from our facility in Islamabad within 24 hours of order confirmation. Islamabad & Rawalpindi: Same day or Next day delivery. Major Cities (LHR, KHI, PEW): 2-3 Working Days. Remote Areas: 4-6 Working Days via Pakistan Post or Trax.

Shipping Charges

We try to keep our shipping rates as low as possible. Flat rate of PKR 250 for orders under PKR 5,000. Free Shipping for all orders above PKR 5,000. No hidden charges for packaging or handling.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We understand the importance of trust. Cash on Delivery is available for all cities across Pakistan. You can pay the rider in cash when you receive your parcel. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready to avoid any inconvenience.

Note: For high-value orders (above PKR 50,000), we may require a 10% advance payment via Bank Transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa.

Open Parcel Policy

While couriers generally do not allow opening parcels before payment, we offer an Open Parcel Check option for Islamabad and Rawalpindi deliveries handled by our personal riders. For other cities, we offer a comprehensive 14-day return policy if the stone doesn't meet your expectations.
